Upside Comics had a stall at the Kapow comics convention at the Business Design Centre, London, in 2011.
We asked some of the brilliant comics artists who were there on the day to evaluate our teaching materials and what better way than with a comic strip?
We gave them a blank page with the panel borders already laid out, exactly what we use when teaching comics storytelling to children and young people. They were asked to test how well these worked by drawing their own one page comic there and then.
The results were tremendous!
